Golden Goose Superstar Sneakers: The Best Choices Right Now
I’ve been obsessed with Golden Goose Deluxe Brand for a while. They were founded in 2000 after the collaboration between Francesca Rinaldo and Alessandro Gallo in Italy. Through the years, they have evolved into a huge designer brand with boutiques all over the world, and it’s one that style enthusiasts really love.
I’ve followed Golden Goose for ages and I would often check out the collection on FarFetch, as they always had an amazing selection, but I never ended up getting any because I always found them a bit pricey and seemed too close in style to Converse, so they were always shoes that were just in the back of my mind. A couple of years ago, Adam was the one who first got into the brand and he actually got his first pair of their Superstar sneakers last year, which was what made me pay more attention. After checking out his pair and noticing that no two pairs are alike because they’re handmade in Italy, I was totally into it. As the Golden Goose Superstar sneakers are intentionally aged and made to appear vintage, they are all hand done so they’re truly one-of-a-kind. Some have heavier wear than others, so each pair is unpredictable.
If you’re choosing in person, it might be a good idea to compare several options and pick from them, but if you’re ordering online, you have to trust the surprise!The pair of sneakers that I originally fell in love with first are the ones above in the main image, as they’ve been in rotation a long time, but I never ended up purchasing them.
